At Orvani, all our products are made to order (print on demand), meaning each item is produced especially for you at the time of your purchase.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size chosen by the customer
Color not meeting expectations (colors may vary slightly depending on the screen)
We do accept replacement or refund requests when:
The product arrived defective or damaged
The product received is different from the order (incorrect design or size due to our error)
The order was lost during shipping

We will review your case within 2 business days and offer a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
Refunds Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
